I'm Alisha.

I am a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton who is passionate and skillfully trained to support people of all ages across Alberta to create growth and change in their lives. I have extensive experience working with grief, trauma, and loss.
I also have a special interest in working with couples informed by the Gottman Method at all stages in their relationship. I also offer unique Marriage Preparation.

My approach is relationship-based, which are the building blocks of healing. I bring authenticity, warmth, honesty, and humour into our sessions. I come from a genuine place of curiosity, being collaborative, seeking feedback, and bringing action-oriented skills and tools to enhance our experience together.
