about Me
Hi, I’m Alisha (she/her), your not-so-typical Registered Psychologist in Edmonton, Alberta, with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and communities across the province. I’m here to help you navigate your mental wellness journey in a way that feels relaxed, effective, and relatable.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating and it certainly doesn’t need to be filled with clipboards and overly complicated language. Whether you’re navigating grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, personal growth, or complex relationships with yourself or others—or if you’re just trying to make sense of life—I’m here to support you. Through both laughter and tears, we’ll have real conversations, with no judgment.
Let’s sit down and work together to find the approach that’s right for you.
How I Can Help You
I believe therapy starts with connection. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship, blending evidence-based techniques with practical, relatable approaches to support your unique journey.

Why Work With Me?
I’m not your typical therapist. I’m adaptive, laid-back, yet professional, with a dash of humour to keep things grounded. Our psychological health doesn’t always have to be so serious! The people I work with appreciate that I make therapy feel like a conversation with a trusted friend – who just happens to be trained in effective techniques to enable you to get the most out of time when we spend together.
With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a diverse and integrative range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to our work together. From aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to specialized techniques like EMDR, you’ll receive support in a comfortable, safe, and unique office to help address your mental, emotional, and psychological concerns.
