Individual Therapy

Will allow us to meet and discuss your thoughts and emotions in a safe, genuine, caring environment. I will help identify concerns and areas of personal dissatisfaction as well as personal strengths and growth. Throughout the therapeutic process, we may explore current and past relationships, phase of life issues, and a variety of stressors commonly part of our challenging, modern lifestyles. As your therapy progresses you may achieve greater clarity in understanding your unique personal narrative, you are also provided with the tools, skills, and awareness to make lasting changes and live a more satisfying life.

Couples Therapy

Couples sessions are means of reconnecting, rebuilding, resolving problems, conflicts, and loss of trust that you have not been able to effectively resolve. It involves both partners sitting down to discuss your concerns, thoughts, strengths and feelings. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This guides my work with couples, with the intention is to help you and your partner gain a better understanding of each other.

- The Flash Technique -
Making intense trauma memories more accessible for EMDR Processing

"The Flash Technique (FT) is a recently developed therapeutic intervention for reducing the disturbance associated with traumatic or other distressing memories. Unlike many conventional trauma therapy interventions, FT is a minimally intrusive option that does not require the client to consciously engage with the traumatic memory. This allows the client to process traumatic memories without feeling distress."
